AQUANATURE REEF POTASSIUM plays an essential role in the transportation of coral nutrients within the soft tissue. Potassium and boron significantly affect the alkalinity of a coral’s soft tissue and the formation of aragonite in its skeleton. Potassium is related to the red chromo-proteins. designed to safely raise the potassium level in marine aquariums, providing essential potassium for increased growth rates in stony corals, and increased coloration. It contains no acetate, gluconates, polygluconates or other unnecessary organics to pollute your aquarium. It is phosphate and silicate free.
- Provides potassium, an important component of aragonite, important to proper neurological function and depleted in marine aquaria by livestock
- Enhances blue coloration of some small- polyp stony (SPS) corals
- May be used to combat potassium depletion that often accompanies the use of zeolite-based filtration methods employed to maintain ultra-low-nutrient aquaria
- Free of phosphate, silicate, and organic material
Shake well before use. Push 4 times equal to (5 ml) per 20 us gallons (80 L) 3 to 4 times per week. For best results, measure the potassium concentration and add as required to maintain the concentration between 380 and 405 mg/L.
Use AQUANATURE CALCIUM, AQUANATURE MAGNESIUM ,AQUANATURE STRONTIUM,AQUANATURE IODIDE,AQUANATURE CARBONATE supplementation when needed.
Store in a cool,dry place.
